Low cost, high quality utilities that don’t cost the earth, economically or environmentally – that’s our promise..
What we do
Our focus is in the areas of water and energy bringing our proprietary technologies to traditional industries. Today we design, build and operate power plants and water production facilities for desalination and wastewater treatment in an environmentally sustainable way.
Our mission is to become the world leading utility of the future providing clean energy and water that is truly renewable, sustainable and affordable.
A NEW WORLD WITH NEW CHALLENGES
Water and energy security have been a key feature of most government strategies for many years. Recent factors affecting strategy development include rising capital and operational costs, the volatility of the oil market and the climate change narrative.
The worldwide impact of the COVID 19 pandemic has further highlighted the challenges placed upon governments, taxpayers and end users using a traditional approach to water generation.
Using multiple water sources which include Treated Sewage Water, brackish or sea water and enabling up to 80% recycling can reduce desalination generation demand by up to 60%.
Pavilion offer customers vastly cheaper and a higher quality utility supply through water recycling, desalination and in-house power generation. The company’s model is based on a service package that includes the supply of all equipment, manpower, consumables and management. The service charge is consumption based or a set lease rate for shorter term contracts.
We create a value proposition for delivering water and electricity as commodities within residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial markets using a local work force with local skills development.
The Pavilion model is based on a hub and spoke, with the manufacturing base in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and operating arms regionally in the GCC and across the globe delivering the same level of quality and service.
